Salon Policies

Please read this site in its entirety before calling, as the most common questions are here in the Salon Polices provided below.  If you still have some questions we are always here to help by sending an email or calling our salon direct.

  • How to make an Appointment
    Online Booking ​ This method is to prevent phone-tag and allows you to chose a reservation that fits your schedule. If the appointment isn't available it doesn't exist. ​ To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time to book to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as a part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. All appointments are very important to us and we strive to give you great customer service experience. Sometimes your appointment may go over depending on the service being provided. Thanks in advance for your patience and for your support. Confirm when you received the email to let us know that you're coming and ensure your time is held. **Please be aware that you must confirm your appointment within 24 hours or be subject to cancellations. **
  • Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept all major credit & debit card ( MasterCard, Visa, and cash)for hair services. All Friday Appointments: We accept ONLY CASH!! NO EXCEPTION!! We are also no longer accepting CashApp or Zelle.
  • Cancellation Polices and Fee(s)
    Your salon appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the salon scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least a 6 hour notice before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charge the cancellation fee of $50.00. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recoginize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also potential businsess of other clients who could schedule an appointment for the same time.
  • Timely Arrival for Appointment
    At Afrobabii Boutique, we want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite your service, we ask that our clients arrive on time. We will do our "best" to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.However, if we are running behind schedule, we will call you in order to prevent you from having to wait. The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time. If you call to inform us that you are running late, we will offer a 15-minute grace period. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
  • Late Arrival for Appointment
    A 15 minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes without a phone call to inform us of your E.T.A., your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please call to reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do not call, and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and you will be charge full amount of service. ​ Afrobabii Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is a “no show” for more than two appointments.
  • Color Service
    Depending on the color service received your appointment may be lengthy and we are aware of your time and will take care of you in the order of appointment.
